• How can I earn Bonus Platinum Rewards™ points?
As a Platinum Rewards™ member, you will earn two points on every dollar you spend on merchandise at Tapper’s.
• Will I earn Platinum Rewards™ points on all my jewelry store purchases?
You will earn points on most of your merchandise purchases at Tapper’s. Please note that if you made a purchase where points were earned, and you later return that purchase, you will forfeit the points earned on the purchase. In addition, on jewelry trade-ins, points earnings are limited to the net dollar amount (the amount of the new purchase, less trade-in credit allowed).
• How do I redeem my Platinum Rewards points?
Your Tapper’s sales associate will be happy to redeem your Platinum Rewards™ points at the time of purchase. A minimum redemption of 10,000 points ($100 in reward dollars) is required and points are redeemable exclusively at Tapper’s. Please note that a minimum of 10,000 points ($100) must be redeemed per sales transaction.
• How quickly can I redeem my Platinum Rewards™ points after earning them?
Platinum RewardsTM points will be available by the 15th of the month following your purchase. For example, if you make a purchase on September 21st your points will be available to you on October 15th. (Please ask a Tapper’s associate for specific details.)
• Will my Platinum Rewards™ points ever expire?
Under normal circumstances, no. However, if a member’s account remains inactive for more than three consecutive years, then the account will be closed and the member will forfeit any accumulated points.
• I have a credit card that earns air miles. Can I still earn Platinum Rewards™ points?
Absolutely! Go ahead and pay for your Tapper’s purchase with cash, check or credit card. If you use a credit card that earns you air miles or other points, you will still earn the full amount of Platinum Rewards™ points from Tapper’s.
• Why do you need my e-mail address?
Your e-mail address is used as a primary identifier in our program. We use your e-mail address to identify you and make sure that your points earnings and redemptions are properly applied. We also use your e-mail address to communicate with you periodically. It is a requirement of program participation that you receive monthly statements by e-mail, in addition to the occasional e-mail regarding changes in the terms and conditions of our program. All other e-mail communication is optional.
