Michele is Tapper's newest watch line. President, Jack Barouh, was raised in a home devoted to the watch and diamond trades. His father, a watchmaker in the 1940�s, raised his son to understand the tradition of fine watch making. Today Jack�s wife Rita and their two children Michele, the namesake of the brand, and Jeremy have joined Michele Watches. The family works together with a passion for continuing this tradition. Michele Watches launched as a fine watch brand in the United States in the fall of 2000 with the CSX-Diamond Collections. The CSX-Diamond watch, with its taste for both sport and sparkle combines a stainless steel case, a diamond bezel and a mother of pearl dial. This watch as well as all others is offered in a full array of colorful and fashionable designs with interchangeable straps. By fall of 2002, Michele Watches became the number one selling brand in its category.
